The myTE ordering platform will permanently close on June 26, 2025. After this date, you will no longer be able to place orders through the myTE system. We are excited to announce that a new and improved order booking portal myTeSensors will be launched on July 9, 2025. All users will receive login credentials and instructions before the launch date.
Shipment Suspensions: No shipments will be made from our distribution centers between June 26, 2025 and July 9, 2025.
Ordering During Transition: From June 27 to July 9, 2025, we will not accept orders via EDI or myTE. Orders can only be placed by emailing our Customer Support during this period. We will receive all email orders and queue them for processing after July 9; there is no need to resend them.
Order Migration: All open orders will be migrated to our new SAP S/4HANA platform during the transition. You do not need to reissue any existing orders*; they will be processed in the new system after July 9.
Order Confirmations: During the transition period, there may be delays in order confirmations.
Delivery Dates and Order Booking Information (between 27th June and 9th of July): We will not have access to existing bookings during the transition, so we will be unable to provide information on delivery dates for orders.
